Hi, I’m Mark, the person that friends and family have always called when they need help figuring out their devices. I’ve spent years troubleshooting tech, explaining things in plain English, and helping people feel in control of the technology they rely on every day.

Why I started Mark's Tech Rescue

I’ve worked at Apple, troubleshooting tech issues and guiding customers through complex problems with their devices. I’ve also spent over a decade in corporate environments, mastering various tech systems and understanding how technology should work. But what I saw time and time again was that traditional tech support doesn’t always meet people where they are.
